Yashajintoge – The Observatory of Minami Alps

 Mount Yashajintoge (1,770m) is considered an easy climb, making it a popular choice for beginner mountaineers of all ages, from young children to the elderly.
 One hour into the trail, you can see the stunning 3,000m peaks of the Southern Alps.
 If you’re lucky enough to be there, either in the early summer, or trekking through the Autumn leaves, it is said to be a highly refreshing experience.
 At the foot of the mountain you can enjoy the Ashiyasu hot springs along with the local cuisine.
